Welcome to WeorcOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeorcOS platform operated by Weorc Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using WeorcOS, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you are using WeorcOS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Weorc Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15924291), with registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.
2. Description of Service
WeorcOS is a comprehensive business management platform providing:

- Invoice creation, management, and tracking
- Scope document generation with e-signatures
- Automated payment reminders
- Client and contact management
Risk Intelligence
- Client Risk Assessment (CRA)
- Payment Risk Indicator (PRI)
- Companies House integration
- Payment Practices Reporting data
AI-Powered Features
- Invoice generation and drafting
- Scope document creation
- Dispute letter writing
- Business insights and analytics
Integrations
- Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent
- Open Banking (GoCardless)
- Email and calendar integration
- Webhook API access
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
Important: Do not share your account credentials. You are liable for any actions taken through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use WeorcOS for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Send fraudulent, misleading, or harassing invoices
- Input false information about clients or companies
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Use automated scripts to access the service without permission
- Store or transmit malicious code through our platform
- Enter health, financial vulnerability, or other sensitive personal data about third parties into free text fields
5. Subscription & Payment
Starter Tier: Basic features, 200 AI credits per month.
Paid Tiers (Growth, Scale, Enterprise): Billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not provide refunds for partial months
- Enterprise customers: Refer to your individual agreement
6. Client Risk Assessment (CRA) Disclaimer
Important Notice
CRA scores are generated using publicly available data and automated analysis. They are provided as a guidance tool only and should not be the sole basis for credit decisions.
WeorcOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of CRA data. You are responsible for making your own independent assessment of credit risk.
By using CRA features, you acknowledge that:
- Final credit decisions remain your responsibility
- WeorcOS is not a credit reference agency
- Data comes from Companies House and Payment Practices Reporting, which may have delays
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- WeorcOS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of WeorcOS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@weorc.co.uk to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
