Everything you need to know about our pricing
Most WeorcOS customers are VAT-registered UK businesses. For VAT-registered customers, the VAT charged on WeorcOS subscriptions is reclaimable as input tax in the next VAT return — meaning the ex-VAT figure is the effective cost. We display ex-VAT to reflect the real economics for the majority of our customers, with the inc-VAT figure shown alongside for full transparency.
The inc-VAT figure (shown below each ex-VAT price) is the amount charged to your card at each billing cycle. For Protection at £59/month ex-VAT, for example, your card is charged £70.80/month — and if you're VAT-registered, you reclaim £11.80 in your next VAT return.
Yes. At signup, there's an optional VAT number field. Providing your VAT number ensures your invoices are fully tax-compliant and supports straightforward reclaim. If your business is based in the EU, providing a valid EU VAT number triggers reverse-charge treatment (no VAT charged by WeorcOS).
If your business is below the UK VAT threshold (£90,000 turnover), VAT is a real cost. In that case, the inc-VAT figure is what you pay. Our Free tier has no VAT implications — it's free. When your business grows and crosses the VAT threshold, the subscription VAT becomes reclaimable.
Yes. Protection at £59/month ex-VAT compares favourably to alternatives such as late-payment chasing tools from around £39/month ex-VAT (without full protection or financing integration), comparable platforms around £75/month for similar scope, or hiring in-house credit control. Protection can pay for itself on the first recovered late payment.
The 30-Day Lock is our payment protection system. When you send an invoice, the client must accept it, starting a 30-day window. If they don't raise a dispute within 30 days, WeorcOS records the acceptance and begins calculating statutory interest automatically. This creates a clear, dated evidence record that strengthens your position in any recovery or escalation process.
AI Credits power PRI checks, scope and invoice generation, document extraction, and recovery drafting. Each action uses credits based on complexity. Free includes 150/month, Protection 600/month, Business OS 1,200/month, and Enterprise 2,000/month.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Payment Reputation Index (PRI) Check uses Companies House data to assess client payment risk. It shows insolvency history, filing compliance, and charges/liens to help you decide payment terms before taking on work.
Under UK law, you can charge 8% plus the Bank of England base rate (currently 12.75% total) on late payments, plus compensation of £40-£100 depending on debt size. WeorcOS calculates this automatically and includes it in recovery letters.
Our structured recovery workflow escalates through: (1) Automated reminders, (2) Statutory interest calculation, (3) Letter Before Action, (4) Small Business Commissioner referral support, (5) County court guidance and documentation. Each stage is automated with generated documents.
Yes. Protection, Business OS, and Enterprise include a 45-day free trial with card on file; you are not charged until the trial ends. The Free tier does not require a card and is ideal until you need Lock and full recovery.
Our team is here to help you find the perfect plan for your business.
